It pains us losing a loved one but our Creator, Jehovah God reminds us at John 5:28, 29 that we can soon see our love ones and Revelation 21:3, 4 tells us soon death will be no more. The Bible makes the promise: “Your dead ones will live. . . . They will rise up.” And the Bible also says: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.”—Isaiah 26:19; Psalm 37:29.Through God’s word the bible, such scriptures are comforting to hear. The scripture at Hebrews 6:18 tells us that “it is impossible for God to lie” and Isaiah 55:11 tells us that “Jehovah’s word that goes forth from His mouth will prove to be.
