Mrs. Peggy Sue McPherson Shuburte, 51, of Trumann, died Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the family residence. She was born and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. Mrs. Shuburte was a cook and of the Jehovah's Witness belief. Mrs. Shuburte was preceded in death by one sister, Patsy Stevens and her parents, Gene and Hazel Inez Hammonds McPherson.. Survivors include her husband, Buddy Shuburte of the home; two sons, Jamie A. McPherson of Jonesboro and Justin Coleman of Trumann; one grandson, Hunter McPherson of Jonesboro; two sisters, Linda Norton of Lake Wales, Fla. And Brenda Hansbrough of Harrisburg, Ark.; one brother, Bobby McPherson of Trumann. Burial wil be private. An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
