"I am so sorry for the loss of Ms. Hathaway. She has been a patient of mine for several years, and was just a joy to be around. I always loved to see her name on my schedule. I checked her defibrilator every 6 months, and she always had a smile on her face. I just thought about her last week, because she didn't show for her appointment. I pray that God gives you many great memories of her.
