Obituary
Mr. Doyle Wayne ”Beer Can” Holman of Trumann departed this life on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 63 years, 9 months and 24 days. He was born Monday, September 12, 1955 in and a lifetime resident of Trumann. Wayne enjoyed life and going to Tunica, MS. He was preceded in death by one sister, Terry Ann Holman and his parents, Doyle and Martha Oden Holman.
He is survived by two sons, Jr (Katie) Holman and Quin (Krissy) Holman both of Trumann; one step-son, Sedric Anderson of Jonesboro; three step-daughters, Jalonda Burns, Ashley Anderson, and Shawanda Anderson all of Trumann, one sister, Wendy (Randy) Holman Wachtel of Victoria, TX; one brother, Jeff (Rhonda) Holman of Trumann; and 14 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 10th from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A celebration of his life will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. John Booker officiating. Burial will follow in Bolivar Cemetery in Harrisburg, AR.
Pallbearers will be Michael McPhink, Tyler Miller, Phillip Goodwin, Sedric Anderson, Jeff Holman and Bobby Joe Coker. Honorary pallbearers will be Jr. Holman, Quin Holman, Gary Owens, Tommy Davis Sr. and John Mincy.
