Obituary

Mr. William Chris Branch departed this life Friday, August 11, 2017 in Jonesboro, AR., at the age of 62 years 6 months and 6 days. He was born Saturday, February 5, 1955 in Jonesboro and was a lifetime resident of Trumann. He worked on the river boat and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, W.R. Branch and Step-Father, Jack Wallace. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Branch of the home; two daughters, Autumn Hicks and husband David of Trumann and Libby McDaniel and husband Seth of Paragould; one step-daughter, Chastity Hosman of Oklahoma City, Okla; one son, Tyler Branch of Trumann; one step-son, Adam Rouse of Trumann; his mother, Betty Wallace of Trumann; half sister, Melissa Nelson of Texas; step-sister, Phillis Moffit of Trumann; half brothers; Richard Branch and Rodney Branch both of Texas; step-brother, Greg Wallace of Trumann; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Burial will be private at Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark., under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, AR. An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
