"It's been a month today since you've been gone and it still hurts as much as it did when I was told you were gone. I catch myself picking up the phone to call you but then I realize I can't anymore. I know you're with Mammaw again and not in any pain, that's the only thing that gets me through this. I love and miss you so much Papaw. Hope you're flying high up there in Heaven!!

"Uncle "Red" always had a smile on his face and was ready to go fishing. He was one of the kindest men I ever knew. He always would stop by and check on my elderly parents to see how they were. I know he is with the Lord and aunt Lois now. We will miss you uncle Red
