Charles Eugene Hanna of Trumann departed this life on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Lakeside Nursing Center at the age of 78 years, 3 months and 16 days.  He was born Friday, January 8, 1943 in Jonesboro and lived most of his lifetime in Trumann.  He was a former employee of Trumann Public Schools and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by one brother; one sister and his father and step-mother, Stillie Paul and Lorine Wilson Hanna and mother, Irene Franklin Hanna.       He is survived by his companion, Peggy Rutherford, and children, Ginger Mander, Troy Rutherford and Jeff Rutherford and two sisters, Shirley Wilson and Linda Kay Hanna Kerr.       All services will be private.       An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
