Obituary
Rona Lynette Douglas of Trumann, AR departed from this life, Saturday, October 30, 2021 at St Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 53 years, 1 month and 18 days. She was born Thursday, September 12, 1968 in Jonesboro and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. Mrs. Douglas was preceded in death by one sister, Rhonda Thomas and was the daughter of the late Riley and Margaret L. Reed Thomas.
She is survived by her son, Jarrett Prince and wife Haley of Harrisburg, Ark.; one expecting grandchild, Baby Prince; and one brother, Farrell Thomas of Trumann.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 11:00 at Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro with Rev. Larry Loggins officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro.
In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is optional, and social distancing will be observed.
