Mrs. Shirley Faye Creecy Barnett of Trumann departed this life on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro at the age of 66 years, 8 months and 15 days.  She was born Wednesday, March 16, 1955 in Osceola, AR and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann.  Shirley retired from WalMart where she worked in the bakery as a cake decorator and was of the Baptist faith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert “Gib” Barnett, great-granddaughter, Libby Grace; two sisters. Linda Householder and Carolyn Scrape and her parents, Willie James and Ellen Lorene Nichols Creecy.        She is survived by two daughters, Amy (Bill) Hall and Brittany (Justin) Cunningham both of Trumann; one son, Brent Barnett of Trumann; one sister, Barbara Green of Trumann; two brothers, Billy Creecy and Jimmy Wayne Creecy both of Trumann; eight grandchildren, Courtney (Brandon) Goodwin, Dillion (Ashley) Byram, Cody (Allison) Byram and Zach (Kenzye) Byram, Preston Hall, Jacob Hall, Daymon Hall and Ethan Hall; and eleven great-grandchildren.       Visitation will be Friday evening  from 5  -  7 at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.       Celebration of Life will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with  Rev. Kenny Guy McMahan officiating.  Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.         Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.       Lasting memorials can be made to American Cancer Society, P.O.
