Diana Kay Sims of Trumann, AR passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the family residence at the age of 73 years, 1 month and 18 days.  She was born Wednesday, December 1, 1948 in Jonesboro and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann.  She loved Nascar racing and was of the Baptist faith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Darrell Sims, one son, Rodney Darrell Sims; one brother, Richard Earnhart; and her parents, Howard H And Mildred Clark Earnhart. She is survived by two brothers, Michael (Linda) Earnhart of Oak Harbor, WA and James Pat (Judy) Earnhart of Mountain Home, AR and one sister, Honey Turner of Bay, AR; two grandchildren, Keiron Sims and Danielle Webb. Visitation will be Saturday, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Darrel Miller officiating.  Burial will follow in Willis Cemetery near Harrisburg, AR.
