"Heart felt sympathy to Dales family. He was very proud of his daughters and grandchildren. He and I worked together for many years. After his retirement he would come and stay with me at my home and we would fish and cook out and have lots of laughs. He was a very smart man. I will miss him and the phone calls we had every week. He touched a lot of lives in his time. Rest In Peace brother.
