Vickie Lee Cash of Trumann departed this life on Saturday, August 27, 2022 in Heber Springs, AR at the age of 60 years, 1 month, and 10 days. She was born in Tyronza, AR and had lived in Trumann most of her life. She was a housewife and member of the Victory Light House Baptist Church in Trumann. She was preceded in death by her brother Clay David Buckner and a brother-in-law Ricky Brown and was the daughter of the late Leonard David and Betty Joyce Bratton Buckner. She is survived by three daughters, Betty Lee Kirby of Heber Springs, Connie (Eric) Cato of Springdale, and Rebecca (Clifford) Burkett of Altus; one son, Roy Cash of Heber Springs; two sisters Mary Newman of Heber Springs and Joyce Brown of Marked Tree; 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.   A Celebration of Life service will be Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. with Bro. Greg Clark officiating in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, AR. Burial will follow at Potter’s Cemetery in Lepanto, AR. Pallbearers will be Kevin Brown, Hunter Brown, Johnny Edward Turpen, Robert Stockton, Ricky Morlock, and Eric Cato. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, August 30, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Thompson Funeral Home. In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is optional.
