Kenneth Leon  “Kenny” Cook departed this life on January 1, 2023 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 70. He was born to Robert Earl and Ethel Mae Burke Cook in Chicago and live in Bay area for two years and was formerly of Mississippi. Mr. Cook was a carpenter and a 1969 graduate of Collierville High School. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. He is survived by one daughter, Cynthia  (Michael) Newman of Reno, Nevada; three sons, Anthony (Jessica) Cook of Olive Branch, Miss.; Kenneth D. Cook of Bay and Craig (Katrina) Cook of Southaven, Miss.; two sisters, Sandra (Danny) Hipp of Oxford, Miss.; and Cynthia Dunn of Water Valley, Miss.; three grandchildren, Ashley and Dakota Butler and Sebastian Cook; No services are planned at this time.
