Daniel Charles Clement Jr. of Trumann departed this life Thursday, March 16, 2023 at The Springs of Avalon Health and Rehab in West Memphis, AR at the age of 79 years, 11 months, and 15 days. He was born April 1, 1943 in Jonesboro, AR to the late Daniel Charles Clement Sr and Mildred Walton Clement Collier. He was a lifetime resident of the Trumann area. He was a factory worker, Vietnam veteran of the United States Army, and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by one brother Ronald W. Clement, one baby sister, and his parents.       He is survived by two brothers, William “Duke” Clement of Orleans, IN, John Henry Collier, III of Trumann, AR; and several nieces and nephews.       The family will receive friends Tuesday March 21, 2023 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will be private at Holly Springs Cemetery near Harrisburg.       In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is optional.
