Larry Dennis Runyan of Trumann departed this life Sunday, July 30, 2023 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 75 years, 5 months and 18 days. He was born February 12, 1948 in Rector, AR to the late Lester Runyan and Ethelene Brandon Runyan. He was a “Jack of all trades”. He was owner of L & W Flea Market and Auction, a school bus driver, gas station owner, worked at Craighead Electric and ran a Jonesboro Sun route. He loved junk-in and was a NASCAR enthusiast. He was preceded in death by two sisters, one brother and his parents.       He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia Runyan, a son, Wesley Runyan both of the home; three sisters, Barbara (Dennis) Farmer of Marmaduke, AR, JoAnn Diehold of Phoenix, AZ and Linda Young of Choctaw OK.       The family will receive friends Thursday, August 3rd, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, AR. A Celebration of Life will follow in the Chapel with the Rev. Darrel Miller and Rev. Nathan Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro.      Active Pallbearers are: Corey Overstreet, Denny Ward, William Runyan, Wendell Hart, Richard Wright, Markus Lamar, Ernest Campbell and Clarence Parrish.
