Geneva Mae Meridith of Trumann departed this life Friday, September 8, 2023 at the family residence at the age of 86 years, 7 months and 4 days.  She was born Thursday, February 4, 1937 in Bay AR and had live in Trumann for the past 10 years and was formerly of Pocahontas, AR. She formerly for the dietary service at Five Rivers Medical Center in Pocahontas and the Singer Company in Trumann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Earnest Meridith, two brothers, J. V.  and Roy Banks and her parents, Lynn and Sylvia Abby Kimberland Banks. She is survived by one son, Bobby Meridith of Trumann; two daughters, Tommie Tribble of Atkins, AR and Sylvia Long of Trumann, 6 brothers, Bob Banks and Gary Banks both of Jonesboro, Harlas Banks and Calvin Jerry Banks both of Bay, Doyle Banks of Trumann and Ricky Banks of Beedeville, AR; one sister, Betty Banks of Bay, AR; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.     The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A celebration of life will follow at 1:30 in the chapel with Harles Banks and Michael Jernigan officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery near Jonesboro, Ark. Pallbearers will be James Ruffin, Charlie McKinney, Michael McKinney, Danny Biggers, Nathan Banks, Corey Owens, Mike McMullen and Mike Kevin McMullen.        An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
