Riley Junior Bullard of Trumann departed this life Saturday, December 30, 2023 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 78 years, 6 months and 27 days.  He was born June 3, 1945 in Woodbury, TN and lived most of his lifetime in Trumann.  Riley owned and operated Bullard’s Construction and of the Baptist faith. Riley loved to garden and crappie fish.  He was preceded in death by one sister, Ann Bullard, one brother, Tim Bullard and his parents, Leburn and Ira Mary Lou Fults Bullard.    He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patsy Bishop Bullard of the home; three daughters, Deborah Hobbs of Trumann, Symantha (Rick) Haley of Old Hickory, TN and Donna (Donnie) Skaggs of Trumann; two sons, Terry (Trish) Bullard and Anthony Bullard both of Smithville, TN; two sisters, Pam (Buster) Pleasant of Rock Island, TN and Marie (James) Bain of Smithville, TN; one brother, Dale Bullard of Smithville, TN; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.       Pallbearers will be Chase Haley, Riley Bullard, Kenny Pruitt, Rohn Craft, Sam Harris, Lawrence Speed, Jeff Walker,  Derrick Gray, and Joe Mitchell.      The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 4th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.  A celebration of life will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Skaggs officiating.  Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, AR.          The family would life to wish special thanks to Dr. Ragland, Dr. Willow, Dr. Durani, Joe and Flora Mitchell and the Ladies at the Shell Station.  Lasting memorials can be made to LeBonheur Childrens Hospital or Alzheimer’s Association.   An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
