Janice Lee McDaniel of Trumann, AR departed this life Friday, January 26th in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 85 years, 11 months and 8 days.  She was born Friday, February 18, 1938 in Trumann and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann and Memphis.  Janice was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Edward McDaniel; two sisters, Patsy Jean Hendrix and Faith McCoy; one brother, David McCoy and her parents, Orval and Mardell Clouse McCoy. She is survived by two daughters, Ginger (Mark) Hammett of Jonesboro and Teresa (Robert) Hendrix of Trumann; one sister, Zada (Marvin) McCoy Massey of Trumann; 3 grandchildren, Matthew Hammett, Lauren (Ryan) Price and Erin Hendrix; and two great-grandchildren, Evelyn Price and Owen Price. The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow in the chapel at 2:30 p.m. with the family officiating.  Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro, AR.         Pallbearers will be Matthew Hammett, Ryan Price, Timmy Renshaw, Devin Renshaw, Slater Renshaw, and Gunner Renshaw.
