Obituary
Charley Dean Stark of Alexander departed this life Monday, May 13, 2024 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born in Jonesboro, AR to the late Joseph and Inice Bradley Stark and lived in Alexander for over 30 years and was formerly of the Trumann area. He was a Journeyman Sheet Metal and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Tommy, Nathan and J.W. Stark; one sister, June Clayton and his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sandra Stark of the home; one daughter, Fonda Swihart of Jonesboro, AR ; two sons, Coty Stark of Kokomo, IN and Cameron Stark of the home; two brothers, Carl Stark of Marshfield, MA and Timmy Stark of Mena, AR; three sisters, Judy Guthrie, Velma Cook and Ruth Ingram all of Jonesboro; and 8 grandchildren, Callen Stark, Caysen Stark, Hunter Stark, Oliver Stark, Everly Stark, Alyssa Roberts, Ethan Roberts and Lexie Roberts.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A celebration of life will follow at 1:30 in the chapel with Rev. Larry Gibson officiating.
Pallbearers will be Roy Guthrie, Coty Stark, Cameron Stark, Ethan Roberts, Joseph Savage and Callen Stark.
