TRUMANN  -  Diane Hogan Wells of Trumann departed this life Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 74 years, 4 months and 5 days.  She was born March 9, 1950 in Jonesboro and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann.  She was  retired from the Trumann School District where she was a teacher’s aide, a housewife and member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Paige Baker, two brothers, Tommy and Garry Hogan and her parents, Thaddeus and Jeanette Presley Hogan.                   She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Raymond Charles Wells of the home; four daughters, Dana Tinker of Trumann, Christy (Ryan) Baker of Trumann,  Kelly (Bryan) Swinney of Rye, AR, and Skylar (Gregg) Butler of Trumann; three sisters, Alma Gibson of Carmel, IN, Shella (Larry) Nichols of Batesville, AR and Peggy McHalffey of Little Rock, AR; two brothers, Mike (Pam) Hogan of Trumann and Ricky (Beth) Hogan of Little Rock, AR; sister-in-law, Sarah Hogan of Jonesboro; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.       The family will receive friends Tuesday July 16th, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home.      A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, July 17th at 10:00 A.M. at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Trumann, with the Rev. Larry Loggins and Rev. Kevin Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro.              Pallbearers are: Ryan Baker, Ethan Baker, Galen Ransone, Ryan Ruddell, Luke Powell, Nathan Gramling.
