Mr. Steven Lawrence Lee of Lake City departed this life on Monday, November 10th at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 70 years, 8 months and 28 days.  He was born Sunday, February, 13, 1955 in Flint, MI and had lived in Lake City for the past 6 years coming from Oklahoma.  He was a retired Airline employee, he loved gaming, collecting coins and fishing, a veteran of the US Air Force serving in Desert Storm and a member of Sanctuary Church of Jonesboro.  He was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Lee and his parents, John Davis and Edna Bell Keen Lee. He is survived by his wife Betty Lee of the home; two daughters, Leah Mayhall and Carolynn “Cliff” Bistrow of Yukon, OK., three sons, Richard “Emily” Lee of Houston, TX., Brian “Lauren” Smith of Cabot, AR and Justin “Taylor” Smith of Trumann, one sister, Rita “Rob” Hubbard of Divide, Co., and 11 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday, November13th from 5:00 till 6:00 pm at Sanctuary Church of Jonesboro, 3119 Rook Rd.  A Celebration of Life will follow at 6:00 pm with Rev. Kenneth O’Connell officiating.  Burial will be at a later date at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in Birdeye, AR.      Pallbearers will be Justin Smith, Brian Smith, Austin Jackson, Jessie Perry, Roy Hudson, James Cole, Bud Bounds and James Duncan.  Honorary will be Gary Britton.
