"I am so sorry to hear of Ron’s passing. I was visiting my son in Little Rock before Christmas this year. I made a point to see Ron. He knew who I was right away. I served as American Legion Post 42 Commander for four years giving Ron a break then Adjutant for another three until I moved to Arizona. I’m still a proud member of post 42. I served in the Marine Corps around the same time but in different units in Vietnam.
Rest in peace Marine,
Robert Schnepf
