Obituary

Mr. Edmund Hershel “Bobo” Wyatt of Trumann passed away Monday, June 6, 2016 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 75 years, 11 months and 2 days. Mr. Wyatt was born Thursday, July 4, 1940 in and was a lifetime resident of Trumann, Ark. He was a Army veteran, retired truck driver and co-owner of B & W Auto Sales and a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Wyatt was preceded in death by his parents, Edmund “Pete” and Argie Edington Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt is survived by his wife of 56 years, Dorcas Brock Wyatt of the home, two daughters, Carrie (Steve) Hendrix of Trumann and Pam Castille of Lafayette, LA; four grandchildren, Jodi (Ronnie) Richardson of Jonesboro, Ark, Wyatt (Meghan) Kenley of Trumann, Ark., Julia Nicole Castille of Orlando, FL, Adam (Brooke) Sloan of Paragould, Ark; seven great-grandchildren, Connor and Chloe Richardson of Jonesboro, Emmie Kenley of Trumann, Gunner and Madailla Baine of Trumann, and Zayne and Zander Sloan of Paragould; one sister, Sue (Bobby) Walton of Trumann; one brother, Lonnie (Tami) Wyatt of Lepanto, Ark., and special friends Ray and Shirley Richardson. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Maple Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Kim Bridges and Rev. Larry Loggins officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark., under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann. Pallbearers will be Derek Walton, Darin Walton, Jared Wyatt, Josh Wyatt, Charles Laire, and Frank “Peanut” Ray, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be “Trucking Family”, Maple Grove Men’s Sunday School Class, Willie Ed Bullock, Garey Martin, and Charles Williams. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Maple Grove Baptist Church, 13509 Maple Grove Lane, Trumann, Ark. An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
