Obituary
Mr. Murray Mayo Reeves of Trumann died Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the family residence near Trumann at the age of 67 years, 7 months and 22 days. He was born Tuesday, March 9, 1948 in Ann Arbor, Michigan and lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was a factory worker and a Army Veteran of Vietnam War and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Reeves was preceded in death by his parents, Mayo Theodore and Helen Marie Pipkin Reeves. He is survived by one son, David Scott Reeves of Blytheville, Ark.; one brother, David Reeves and wife Edna of Harrisburg; two sisters, Sharon Hopper and husband Cliff of Trumann and Karen Dunkerson of Jonesboro; two grandson, Cody Lynn and Brody David Reeves; several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home. An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
