Mr. Phillip Lee Hancock of Jonesboro died Saturday, July 25, 2015 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 38 years, 11 months and 18 days. He was born Saturday, August 7, 1976 in Newport, Ark. and had lived most of his lifetime in Jonesboro. He was a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Trumann. Mr. Hancock was preceded in death by his father, Lee Allen Hancock. He is survived by his mother, Helen Marie Garrison Hancock of Jonesboro, one brother, Terry Hancock of Jonesboro; one sister, Susan Tabora Hancock of Jonesboro, and one nephew, Jacob Lee Hancock of Jonesboro. Funeral service will be Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. at First United Pentecostal Church in Trumann with Pastor Murray Ray officiating. Burial will follow at Bolivar Cemetery near Harrisburg, Ark., under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann. Pallbearers will be his cousins.
