Obituary

Mrs. Lillie Mae Williams, died Friday, November 14 2014 at Lexington Place in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 86 years and 11 days. Mrs. Williams was born Saturday, November 3, 1928 in Mountain View, Ark., to the late Newton and Willie Wooten Wilson and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. She was retired from Salant & Salant and a member of the Providence Baptist Church in Trumann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Odell Williams, two sisters, 7 brothers and her parents, Newton and Willie Wooten Wilson. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Wadell and Pamela Harmon both of Jonesboro; four sons, Harold (Jim) Williams and Terry D. Williams both of Trumann, William (Bill) Williams and Ricky L. Williams both of Jonesboro; two sisters, Geraldine Watson of Hardy and Lillian Horton of Jonesboro; 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Bobby Brooks officiating. Burial will be private at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, Arkansas. Visitation will be Monday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net
