Obituary

Mr. James Kelley Parks III, 47, of Trumann died Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the family residence. He was born in Jonesboro, Ark., and was a lifetime resident in Trumann. He was a truck driver and a member of First Christian Church in Trumann. . He is survived by his beloved daughter, Megan Grace Parks; his parents, Jimmy and Brenda Parks; grandfather, C.M. Murphy; aunt, Margaret Deiss and former wife, Dana West all of Trumann. Mr. Parks was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jimmy & Billie Parks; maternal grandmother, Nadine Murphy; and uncle Ricky Murphy. Memorial service will be Monday, May 12, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at First Christian Church, 521 W. Main Street in Trumann with Rev. Leonard Harp officiating.The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Trumann. An online guest book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
