Obituary
Mrs. Annie P. Biggers of Trumann died Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 87 years, 9 months and 24 days. She was born Saturday, February 20, 1926 in McNair County, Tenn. and had lived most of her lifetime in the Trumann area. She was a homemaker who loved being with family and fishing and of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Biggers was preceded in death by three husbands, Jack B. Miller, Ed Smith and Walter Biggers, one granddaughter, Robin Miller; two sisters; two brothers and her parents, Cecil and Jessie Carroll Washburn. She is survived by her daughter, Anita (Dwight) England of Trumann; two grandsons, Chris England and Tim (Tammy) England; three great-grandchildren, Brianna, Caera, Noah England and several step children and step grandchildren and step-great-great-grandchildren Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Gary Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery in Harrisburg, Ark.. Pallbearers will be Scotty Gibson, Tim Gibson, Donald Guthrie, Danny Biggers, Ralph Guthrie, Trey Austin, Elijah Cadle and Chris Miller. Honorary pallbearer will be Theo Austin. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
