Mr. Joe Melton Wallace, 55, of Jonesboro, AR died Monday, November 25, 2013 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born Monday, May 5, 1958 in Jonesboro, Ark. Mr. Wallace was a general laborer and was of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by one sister, Robbie Beal and his father, W.E.
