Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth Loveless Bandy died Tuesday, June 18, 2013 in Jonesboro at the age of 98. She was born Friday, May 21, 1915 in Elkmont, Ala., to the late E.C. and Battie Elizabeth Sanderson Loveless. Mrs. Bandy was a homemaker and a member of the Viva Drive Church of Christ in Trumann. She loved working in her yard and flowers and working on the farm with her husband. Mrs. Bandy was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bandy; three sisters, Nora Stewart, Cora Copeland, and Marie Phillips; two brothers, Eugene Loveless and Carter Loveless; and her parents. Survivors include one sister, Mary Loveless of Trumann, and one brother, A.D. Loveless of Jonesboro, and two nieces. Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Joe Spangler and Gary Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark. Pallbearers will be Ted Bingham, Quention Fletcher, Joe Mitchell, Jerry Tredway, Raymond Asher, and Rhew Bales. Honorary pallbearers will be Dwight England and Harry Vredingburgh. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.
