"Mary Helen and Theo, I was so saddened to hear of Mrs. Austin's death. I will always remember the Austin Family at Weona. Mrs. Austin was my teacher, Mr. Austin my school bus driver and Theo "Peanut" and Mary Helen special school friends. I am so glad we have finally had a "Weona Reunion" in the last couple of years. I enjoyed so very much getting to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Austin. The Weona community and special families like the Autin's remains very close to my heart. Sincerely, Faye

"We were so sorry to hear about your mother. I rememeber her as my teacher at Weona. She is the only teacher that ever spanked me(I am sure I needed it). I have so many great memories of our days at Weona School. Your mom was a wonderful person and you will miss her so much. You will always have her in your heart and there she will live forever. Our prayers are with you. God bless you.

You'll always be my favorite and most special teacher...FOREVER.Blessings to the family and friends.Gary Smith
