TRUMANN - Mr. James Allen Henderson, 78, of Trumann, died Saturday, September 19, 2009 at his home in Trumann. Mr. Henderson was born in Poinsett County and had lived in the Trumann area his lifetime and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Henderson was preceded in death by his parents, James Newton and Ethel Valentine Henderson and by two brothers, Kenneth and Warren Henderson. Survivors include two sisters, Nina Waters of Trumann and Helen Smith of Bay and several nieces and nephews . Funeral services will be Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Trumann with Bro. Graig Stull officiating. Burial will follow in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark. Pallbearers will be Eddie Clem, Doyle Clem, A. J. Clem, Barry Henderson, Elijah Paulson, Tobey Bittle, and Betty Richardson. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.
