Donald Sutfin

November 12, 1951 - September 21, 2008

Mr. Donald Sutfin was born on Monday, November 12, 1951, son of the late Melton and Myrtle Eastres Sutfin. Mr. Sutfin died Sunday, September 21, 2008 at U.A.M.S. in Little Rock, Ark., at the age of 56 years 10 months 9 days. He was born in Memphis, Tenn., and had lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was a press operator for Columbia Forrest Products in Trumann, veteran of the U.S. Army and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Sutfin was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include three brothers, James Sutfin of Bartlett, Tenn., Jerry Sutfin of Jacksonville, Fla., and Howard Sutfin of Maryville, Tenn.; one sister, Patricia Sutfin of Erie, Pa., and a host of close friends. Graveside services will be Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. at the Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark., with Rev. Donnie Stacy officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5-7 at the funeral home.
