Mrs. Peggy Jean Raymond Owens was born on Monday, May 26, 1941, daughter of the late Bennett Paul Raymond Sr. and Lettie May Bufford Raymond. Mrs. Owens died Monday, January 14, 2008 at the NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 66 years, 7 months and 19 days. She was born in Heifer, Ark., and had lived in Trumann for the past 61 years. She was a homemaker and member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
