My deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Johnathan Long. I unfortunately didnt know him but am a friend of Amanda(Cox)Jones and her little brother David. Ive heard good things about Johnathan and know he will be missed by so many. I lost my sister in a one vehicle accident 3 yrs ago and know the pain it causes.I know so well the anger & confusion you may feel towards the Lord right now for taking someone so young and so loved by many. What helpd me deal with my loss once i got over being mad, was knowing that the Lord didnt do this to hurt me or anyone else, and that if i would just talk to God he would listen and give me the answers i was looking for. I figured that the Lord mustve been short on angels and that he needed my sister in heaven with him.What keeps me going day to day is knowing that I WILL see my sister again one special day waiting with open arms at the gates of Heaven!! I know it may not feel like it now but it will get a little easier as days pass.Just believe in the Lord and he can and will help you through this. with deepest sympathy, Kerri Faries

Marlin,Etta and the girls. I found out late Sat. Night about John and my HEART sank for all of you. You all have been friends and like family to me and Trandon for a long time. I can't tell you I know what it is like. I haven't had to face that yet. I can tell you that I love all of you with all of my heart and you are in my prayers and pray to the Lord to help you in this precious loss. Your family is one of the closest and kindest family the Lord has let me know. I love you and I am here for all of you like you have been there for me. I cannot believe that this happened to Johnathan, and when i recieved that call i felt so hurt and shocked by the news. It was like it was just yesterday that Johnathan, Ricky, Candiace and I were at Candiace's house chillen and just having fun..I will miss Johnathan and that bright smile of his that just lit up the room.
