Carolyn Faye Richards

Mrs. Carolyn Faye Richards of Trumann was born on Friday, January 21, 1944, daughter of the late L.D. and Leona White Tatum. Mrs. Richards died Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at Trumann Health and Rehabilitation Center in Trumann, at the age of 63 years, 2 months and 20 days. She was born and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann and was formerly of Tipton, Calif. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Richards was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Ray Richards, her second husband, Leon Sanders, Sr., and her parents. She is survived by three sons, Michael Richards of Battlefield, Mo., David Richards of Trumann and Leon Sanders of Tupelo, Miss.; three sisters, Marsha Butts of Stockton, Calif., Donna Price of Tipton, Calif., and Linda Sharp of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; three brothers, David Tatum and Frank Tatum both of Ft. Worth, Tex., and Jerry Tatum of Tipton, Calif.; five grandchildren, Cheyenne Richards, Gary McIllwain, Angela McIllwain, Russ Achee and Kevin Montgomery; and one great-granddaughter, Madison McIllwain. Graveside services will be Friday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the Macedonia Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark., with Rev. Murry Ray officiating.
