Mamie Lydia Callison

Mrs. Mamie Lydia (Prichard) Callison, 89 of Qulin, Mo., died Tuesday at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo. Mrs. Callison was born Corinth, Miss., and had lived in Missouri since 1979 and was formerly of Trumann. She was a homemaker and member of the Broseley First Baptist Churh in Broseley, Mo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Alonzo Callison in 1981; 2 sons, Harold & Robert Callison; 5 brothers and was the daughter of the late William Odie and Seney Elizabeth Cain Prichard. She is survived by a step-daughter, Martha Cottner of St. Charles, MO., two sisters, Wilta Pennington of St. Louis, Mo., and Edith Allen of Trumann, and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday, February 10, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Capps officiating. Burial will follow in the Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann. Visitation will Be Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
