Wanda Kaye Chambers

January 5, 1958 - May 24, 2021

Wanda Kaye Jarrett Chambers of Harrisburg departed this life on Monday, May 24, 2021 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 63 years, 4 months and 19 days.  She was born Sunday, January 5, 1958 in Trumann and lived in the Trumann and Harrisburg area most of her lifetime.  Wanda retired from The Jonesboro Sun with over 20 years in advertising and was a member of First Baptist Church in Jonesboro.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Waldean and Maccie Mae Franklin Jarrett.       She is survived by her husband Michael Chambers of the home; one son, Christopher Chambers of Harrisburg; one daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Moody of Fountain, CO; one brother, Danny Jarrett of Greers Ferry, AR; one sister, Betty Reeves of Trumann; and three grandchildren, Patrick, Matthew and Samuel Moody.       The family will receive friends on Friday, May 28th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A Celebration of life will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel with Rev.
