Karri Annette Mangrum

March 1, 1966 - October 30, 2021

Karri Annette Mangrum of Trumann died Saturday, October 30, 2021 in Little Rock, AR at the age of 55 years, 7 months and 29 days.  She was born Tuesday, March 1, 1966  in Jonesboro, AR and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann.  She was a Activities Director for Southwind Heights in Jonesboro; load operator for Monette Coop., and a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church.  Karri enjoyed spending countless hours searching for arrowheads and was a very gifted artist. She has always done for others and expected nothing in return.  Karri was preceded in death by her father, Murel Lee Mangrum. Karri is survived by one son, Jimmy Dayne (Christy) Davis of Jonesboro, AR; one grandson, Gunner Barber; her mother, Lei Lani Mangrum of Trumann; and one brother, Michael Mangrum of Monette, AR. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.     Celebration of life service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Duffel officiating.  Burial will be Monette Cemetery in Monette, AR. Pallbearers will be Gunner Barber, Merett Emery, Monte Emery, Mark Emery, Jeff Blasingame, James Blasingame, and Jeb Blasingame.      In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is optional, and social distancing will be observed.
