Robert Harold Reed

September 4, 1931 - December 17, 2021

Robert Harold Reed of Trumann gone  to be with the Lord on Friday, December 17, 2021 at the CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs, Ark., at the age of 90 years, 3 months and 13 days.  He was born Friday, September 4, 1931 in Trumann to the late Robert Lemmuel and Bessie May Shamlin Reed and had live most of his lifetime in Trumann.  He was a salesman and of the Baptist Faith.  Mr. Reed was preceded in death by one son, David Wayne Reed; one sister, Margaret Thomas and his parents. Mr. Reed is survived by one son, Robert Harold “Bob” Reed and wife Melissa of Hot Springs, Ark.; and two Grandsons, Justin and Kevin Reed. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A Celebration of Life will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Loggins officiating.  Burial will be private in Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark. In compliance with COVID-19 restrictions, face masks or other facial covering is optional and social distancing will be recommended.
