Myra Avis "Sue" Mayville

March 26, 1942 - May 10, 2022

Myra Avis “Sue” Mayville of Trumann, AR, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis, TN at the age of 80 years, 1 month and 14 days. She was born Thursday, March 26, 1942 in Brownsville, AR  and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann.  She was a retired employee of the Sun Industries and was a Christian.   She was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Warwick, one daughter, Theresa Sue Davis one brother, Jimmy Poole and her parents, Frances Forest and Myrtle Poole. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jimmy Mayville of the home, one son, David (Charlotte) Warwick of Trumann; two daughters, Myra Sue Mayville of Trumann and Ruthie Wright of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Tommy Poole of Mt. View, AR and Bill Poole; several grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.      Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday morning at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ar., with Rev. Wynndel King officiating.  Burial is under the directions of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. .     In compliance with COVID-19 restrictions, face masks or other facial covering and social distancing is optional.
