Michael Brandon Mott

April 22, 1983 - July 7, 2022

Michael Brandon Mott, 39 of Sulphur Rock, AR passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at the family residence.  He was born April 22, 1983 in Tupelo, MS and lived most of his lifetime in Sulphur Rock.  Brandon was a construction worker, he loved fishing, hunting and was a great dad.  He was a jokester,  a 2001 graduate of Newark High School and he attended The River at Searcy Church.   He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Mott, and his grandmother, Louise Green Mott.      Survivors include his fiancé, Tabitha Thompson of the home; one daughter, Rebecca Shyann Mott of Loudon, TN; 2 step-sons, Noah Thompson and Eathan Thompson both of the home; his mother, Cynthia Mott of Sulphur Rock; one sister, Loren (Andrew) Sanders of Jonesboro; Grandfather, Eugene Mott of Trumann; his grandmother, Peggy Sullivan of Brookhaven, MS; two nieces, Gracie Kate and Margo Drew Sanders and one grandson, Wyatt Joseph Akins.       The family will receive friends Tuesday July 12th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.  A celebration of life will be Wednesday July 13th at 10:00 a.m. at the First United Pentecostal Church in Trumann with Andrew Sanders, Kenneth O’Connell, David and Lynn Boyd officiating.  Burial will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery in Harrisburg, AR.       Pallbearers will be James Thompson, Alex Cole, Daniel Cole, Joseph Bramblett, Andrew Sanders and Thomas Boyd.      In compliance with Covid-19 restrictions, face masks or other facial coverings and social distancing is optional.      Online guest book can be signed  at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
