Lloyd James Rhoads

Rev. Lloyd James Rhoads, 85 of Marked Tree departed this life  Friday, September 30, 2022 at the family residence. He was born November 6, 1937 in Homey, OK., and had lived in Marked Tree for the past 3 years and was formerly of Trumann.  He was a member of the Church of God in Marked Tree. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha L. Rhoads, one son, Jimmy Lloyd Rhoads and his sister Ethel White, step children, Jimmie Strange, Larry Talley, Dayton Sollis and his parents, James Lloyd and Clara Mae Clayton Rhoads.       He is survived by his wife Redalue Blackwell Rhoads of the home, two sons, Charles Rhoads of Trumann and Carl (Patty) Rhoads of West Memphis; 2 stepsons, Gary (Debra) Talley of Marion, and Danny Talley of Oil Trough, AR. Five daughters; Martha Clairday and Mary (Robert) Rhoads both of Marked Tree, Linda (Terry) Scercy and Haley (Larry) Hunter both of Trumann and Tanya Holman of Missouri. One step-daughter, Cindy (Stephen) Clark of Floral, AR.  One brother; Albert Rhoads of Dyersburg, TN.; 36 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren 20 great-great-grandchildren       Graveside service will be Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Shiloh Cemetery in Harrisburg, AR with Rev.
