Jodi Lynn RichardsonJune 6, 1981 - January 6, 2023 Mrs. Jodi Lynn “JoJo” Richardson, 41, departed this life Friday, January 6, 2023 at the family residence in Jonesboro. AR. She was born June 6, 1981 in West Memphis, AR and lived in Trumann and Jonesboro her lifetime. Jodi worked for Associated Radiology in Jonesboro and was a member of the Maple Grove Baptist Church. Jodi loved life and all it offered, she was a wife, mother, friend, to which she was whole heartedly devoted. She loved the lake, the beach, the backyard pool and it was evident, as she was always tan and glowing. Jodi was a loud, proud, sports fan. Volleyball, softball she was the coach from the stands that you heard. Jodi loved her Arkansas Razorbacks and could rattle off stats with the best. Jodi loved, wit, love of music, love for life, love of family and friends, was strong, upfront, and contagious. She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Sloan; grandparents, Hershel and Dorcas Wyatt and Dick and Pauline Sloan. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Ron Richardson of the home; one son, Connor Richardson and Fiance Grace Whitmire of Jonesboro; one daughter, Chloe Richardson of the home; her mother, Carrie (Steve) Hendrix of Trumann; father and mother-in-law, Ray and Shirley Richardson of Trumann; three brothers, Wyatt (Meghan) Kenley of Trumann, Adam (Brooke) Sloan of Brookland and Matthew Baine of North Little Rock; brother & sister-in-law Corey and Sharon Overstreet of Trumann, and Steve and Starleigh Richardson of Jonesboro; one sister, Tara Johnson of Jonesboro; nephews, Zane and Zander Sloan of Brookland, Kevin Holt of Trumann, and Jacob Richardson of Minnesota, nieces, Madailla Baine of Trumann, Maggie and Emmie Kenley of Trumann, Breanna Hawley of Trumann; aunt, Pam Castille of New Orleans, LA; cousin, Nicole Rahie of Orlando, FL; lifetime friend, Andrea Schmidt; and her fur baby, Roxie. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Maple Grove Baptist Church,13509 Maple Grove Lane, Trumann. A Celebration of Life will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. James Duffel officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers please consider St. Bernards Breast Cancer Society.
