Troy Homer Smith

July 24, 1976 - May 6, 2023

Troy Homer Smith of Trumann departed this life Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the family residence at the age of 46 years, 9 months, and 12 days. He was born in Memphis, TN and had lived in Trumann for the past 40 years and was formerly of Marked Tree.  Troy was a Steel Fabricator for Mid-South Steel Company, a member of Refuge Assembly of God Church in Jonesboro and loved fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, J. L. Smith.       Troy is survived by his wife of 25 years, Tashena Marie Smith of the home; his mother, Patsy Adams of Trumann and two brothers, Bobby Smith and Terry Milton both of Trumann.       The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 11th from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A celebration of life will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Smith officiating.  Burial will be private.       An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
