James Alvie Williams

James Alvie “Bud” Williams of Trumann, departed this life Monday, May 29, 2023 at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 73 years and 25 days. He was born May 4, 1950 in Marked Tree, AR to the late Raymond A. Williams and Sally E. Short Williams. He was a lifetime resident of the Trumann area, a retired farmer, and of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by six sisters, one brother and his parents.       He is survived by one daughter, Caryn Williams of Mountain View; two brothers, Jerry L. Williams of Harrisburg, Franklin Williams of Forrest City; five sisters, Betty Hoglan of Wamego, KS, Bonnie Tesch of Mountain View, Kay Presley of Jonesboro, Alice Moreland and  Marilyn Keifer  both of Trumann.      An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
