Jeff McDoniel

April 26, 1969 - June 28, 2023

Jeff McDoniel of Trumann peacefully departed this world Wednesday, June 28th at the family residence at the age of 54 years, 2 months and 2 days.  Jeff was born Saturday, April 26, 1969 to Jerry E. and Linda McDoniel of Memphis.  He started working at the early years of 15 working for Roach Conveyors.  Trained as a professionally licensed  mechanic, tow truck operator, big truck driver, builder, craftsman and handyman.   An avid fisherman, hunter, and rifleman who had an appreciation for nature.  Jeff was beloved by all who knew him.  He was tough and lovable, easy to get along with and never met a stranger.  Jeff was preceded in death by Dub McDoniel, Jetrue McDoniel, Jack Moss, G.A. Cagle, Victoria Cagle.       He is survived by his father and step-mother, Jerry and Nina McDoniel; his mother, Linda McDoniel; brother, Jay McDoniel; and his son, Jerry McDoniel.       The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.  Burial will be private.
