PARAGOULD: Jackie Wayne Simpson, Sr., 72, of Paragould departed this life, Saturday, November 22, 2025 at the family residence. He was born September 28, 1953 in Bay, AR to the late Earl and Eula Rivers Hastings Simpson. He was of the Pentecostal faith and loved to ride around going nowhere and western movies. He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Simpson, his parents, one sister, and 4 brothers.       He is survived by two sons, Jason (Deltrina) Simpson of Paragould, Jackie Simpson, Jr. of Bay; one sister, Tracy Thomas of Alton, MO; two brothers, Ted Simpson of Koshlonong, MO, Christopher Simpson of Trumann; and 6 grandchildren.       There are no services planned as requested by Mr. Simpson.       An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net
