Mrs. Lucille Guthrie Banks of Trumann died Thursday, November 20 2014, at Select Specialty Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., at the age of 64 years 10 months and 6 days. She was born Saturday, January 14, 1950 in Gould, Ark., to the late Ralph and Emma Jewel Brumley Guthrie. Mrs.. Banks had lived most of her lifetime in the Trumann and Goobertown area and was a housewife and of the Pentecostal faith. Mrs. Banks was preceded in death by one sister, Nancy Foster, one brother, Barney Guthrie and her parents, She is survived by her husband, Calvin Banks of the home; two daughters. Jerri (Josh) Taylor of Brookland and Kelly Banks of Collierville, Tenn.; two sons, David Wayne (Jennifer) Wells Jr. of Bay and Bruce Banks of Trumann; six brothers, Earl Guthrie of Romance, Ark., Donald Guthrie of Trumann, Roy Guthrie and Raymond Guthrie both of Jonesboro, Thomas Guthrie of Salinas, Calif. and Eugene Guthrie of Des Moines, Iowa; one sister, Helen Biggers of Jonesboro; and 6 grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Monday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Harles Banks and Rev. Jim Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, Ark. Pallbearers will be Bobby Joe Meredith, Jody Banks, Matthew Banks, James
