Clyde "Pete" Ross

Mr. Clyde “Pete” Ross of Jonesboro died Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at the Jonesboro Health and Rehab in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 84 years, 3 months and 6 days. He was born Wednesday, June 18, 1930 in McCormick, Ark., and had lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. Mr. Ross was a retired welder, and a Korea War Army veteran and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters and his parents, Lewis Albert and Lula Jane Christy Ross. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were Thursday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in Holly Springs Cemetery with Rev. John Maley officiating. Burial will follow in the Holly Springs Cemetery in Harrisburg, Ark.
